End User License Agreement

Effective date: June 11, 2026

This End User License Agreement governs your access to and use of LoDR, Learning on Demand Racing, including the game, website, online services, leaderboards, replays, model submission systems, and related software or content.

License

Subject to this agreement, LoDR grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use LoDR for personal, testing, research, gameplay, or competition purposes made available by LoDR. LoDR and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for your account, credentials, submitted models, gameplay activity, and any actions taken through your access. We may suspend or terminate access to protect LoDR, other users, competition integrity, service reliability, or legal compliance.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse LoDR, interfere with services, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, manipulate leaderboards, submit malicious models or files, exploit bugs, harass other users, or use LoDR in a way that violates applicable law or harms the service.

Models, Replays, and User Content

You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights you already granted elsewhere. By submitting models, metadata, race entries, replay data, profile names, or other content to LoDR, you grant LoDR a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, analyze, display, distribute, and use that content to operate, evaluate, promote, secure, and improve LoDR.

Telemetry and Competition Records

LoDR may generate and store telemetry, race results, leaderboard entries, model performance data, logs, and replay artifacts. Competition records may be public, persistent, or used for rankings, validation, moderation, debugging, and research into racing agents.

Updates and Availability

LoDR may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Online services, training infrastructure, race servers, leaderboards, and replay systems may be unavailable, reset, or modified without notice.

Third-Party Software and Services

LoDR may use third-party engines, libraries, tools, hosting providers, analytics, or platform services. Those components may be subject to separate terms or licenses. You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms.

No Warranty

LoDR is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee that LoDR will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every system, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoDR and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost models, service interruptions, or competition outcomes arising from your use of LoDR.

Termination

You may stop using LoDR at any time. We may terminate or restrict your license or access if you violate this agreement, create risk for LoDR or other users, or if continued service is no longer practical or lawful.

Changes

We may update this agreement from time to time. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of LoDR after an update means you accept the updated agreement.
